JILL KELTER
PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC COUNSELLOR
ABOUT ME
I am a qualified counsellor who is passionate about helping individuals move through difficult periods in their lives, by providing a safe and confidential space in which people can explore their feelings and emotions. I believe in a person-centred approach to counselling, and I work closely with my clients to develop a mutual understanding of their unique needs and circumstances.
My experience includes working at a brain injury charity, providing counselling support for people who have suffered a brain injury, as well as their family members.
I am also a Specialist Mental Health Mentor to university students. I facilitate and enable students who are having mental health difficulties, to overcome barriers to learning through the discussion of strategies to enable them to move forward in their education.
I approach each session with a deep sense of compassion, empathy, and understanding. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or any other issue, I am here to try and support you through a difficult time.
